Recently I met up with my friend Norina, in Ramona, California, about an hour north east of San Diego. She became a Nonna last October and I sure understand how very special that is. Since she lives about 3,000 miles away, the visit seemed like the perfect opportunity to deliver a special gift for her grandson. Here he is looking very comfortable with his Nonna with the quilt I made for him draped over the two of them. Making the quilt was such a joy, made even more special by sharing it with a friend. To see the entire quilt look in gallery 1 at the March Eye Spy. Thank you Norina for letting me share this adorable picture.
